Question: Do you ever in the future plan on upgrading above two 960's in SLI? If so, then more wattage is recommended.

Two 960's in SLI: Purchase a tier one or two 650 watt power supply.
Two 980 Ti's in SLI: Purchase a tier one or two 850 watt power supply.

As for Antec or Coolmaster, it depends on the model. But generally I would personally recommend that you choose another brand. Where in the world are you located and what website do you generally feel comfortable ordering from? I can take a quick look for you.

Oh yes. Your PSU can barely handle one 960, no way it can do two. Using the stated power draw for your CPU and GPU, you are looking at 125W for the CPU, and 300W for the GPUs. Toss in another 50W for everything else and you need something that can ACTUALLY output ~475W. A QUALITY 650W with the right PCIe plugs will work.
