Your best bet is to get a SeaSonic or XFX 500w or greater PSU. If you already have the RM 450w, though, then it should work, but overclocking is not recommended.
Well luckily the RM 450/550/650W models are made by Channel Well Tech and are high quality. GPU is 150W and CPU is 84W. Total system load won't exceed 300-350W, The PSU is stable on high loads, so yes, unless you want to do extreme OCing, it should do, a higher wattage one will always be a better option, though, for the PSU's longevity. But yours will be fine.
