GTX970 SLI / Modular PSU

I am currently running an EVGA GTX970 in my pc, I've ordered a second for SLI, but I was just looking at my psu and noticed it only has one cable coming out of it that has 2x 6+2 cables that's powering my current 970... it's a modular so it has plugins for more cables but the only ones I see available are a 4+4 CPU and 2 SATA 6pin connectors. Will those be ok since they are the 8/6 pin connectors or are they dedicated to other uses and would damage my GPUs/ System...probably a stupid question but idk so figured I'd ask!
