GTX980 why only 30FPS?

hello peoples..

i only have 30 Fps in GTA V..

what i should change in the nVidia Control Panel?
all settings are normal from nvidia, i dont changed anything.

i want upgrade to windows 10 x64 so i hope i get better FPS..

You must have V-sync set to "half". It caps the FPS to 30.

i have two gtx 980's in sli @1080p and even i get drops into the upper 40's with the game maxed out with maxed filtering and max draw distance. not sure how you have your game set but those results do not sound surprising. I would make sure Vsync is not set to half as mentioned but beyond that again your results sound about right if your maxing the game out. GTA 5 is a GPU and CPU work horse.
