Question Guidance and Recommendation for Asus motherboard

I have the opportunity to buy a new PC Desktop. About the Motherboard - Asus - according with the following list what could be your best recommendation and why?

1. Motherboard Asus Prime B560M-A, Intel B560, LGA1200, DDR4, LAN,
2. Motherboard ASUS PRIME B460M-A R2.0 LGA1200, DDR4, SATA 6Gb/s, HDMI, DVI-D, USB 3.2
3. Motherboard Asus PRIME H510M-E Intel H510 LGA1200, VGA, HDMI, DP, LAN, USB 3.2
4. Motherboard Asus TUF GAMING B560M-PLUS WIFI Intel B460 LGA1200, HDMI, DP, USB 3.2

The purpose/use is for developing with Java and Spring - some DB SQL/NoSQL - only for Ubuntu Desktop.
