Guidance on Memory

First of all I'm not planning to make OC. Which one of these should I prefer.

G.SKILL

PS: Motherboard --> GA-Z170X-Gaming 5

Get the Corsair one. Better timings.
16-18-18-36 for Corsair vs 16-18-18-38 for G Skill

On the side note, I find corsair quality to be a tad bit better than G Skill.

If you are not OC at all, why not pick Crucial? Crucial makes absolutely the most stable memory modules in my decades of experience. Crucial even has a memory selector to show the compatible modules for you to buy.

What CPU and are you going to be OCing it. Performance wise there will basically no difference. When looking at the prices, the Corsair is priced higher, and for less could get the GSkill 3200/14 (much better CL (timings)
