Guide to Overwatch Loot and Credit System

Overwatch allows you to unlock hundreds of neat things for every hero in the game, but in order to do so you need to get credits. So where do these things come from? Let me show you.

Step 1)Get loot boxes.
Check out my guide on how to get these boxes here. The more of them you get, the better!



Step 2)Open the boxes for credits.
One of the items you can get from loot boxes is a pile of credits, but this isn't the only way to get them. If you open a loot box and you get something that you have already unlocked, then you will get credits for the item instead of a duplicate item you can't use. Getting duplicates or piles of credits is the only way to get these credits in Overwatch.



Step 3)Spend the credits on unlocks.
Go to your hero overview menu and select the hero you want to unlock something for. From here you can browse and see what it is you can unlock, and how much each unlock will cost.



Once you've found what you want to unlock, save up those credits, you'll get to that legendary 1000 credit skin unlock eventually! Keep leveling up to get those loot boxes and you'll be there in no time.
