Guild Wars 2 CPU and GPU check!

I'm going to buy these parts tomorrow:

CPU - INTEL i5-4670k
MOTHERBOARD - MSI Z87M-G43
RAM - CORSAIR VENGEANCE C9/10 CMZ 2x
SSD - CRUCIAL M500
HDD - 1TB W.D. BLUE 16M 7200 RPM SATA 6.0
GPU - ASUS R9 270 DCU II 2GB D5 OC
CASE - FRACTAL DESIGN ARC MINI R2
PSU - SEASONIC M12II 620W
OPTICAL DRIVE - ANY BLACK DVD-RW

1. How well will this build do in GW2 in terms of FPS? I am going to use a 1080p monitor, and will also be upgrading to a 5Mbps connection soon. I'm honestly scared about buying these parts only to find out that I get low FPS in largely populated areas and wvw.

2. I hear a lot that GW2 uses up a lot of your CPU usage. Is this a bad thing? Should I buy a i7-4770k instead? Does hyperthreading even help?

not in guild wars hyperthreading helps only in cryengine games and a bit in bf3, bf4, fc3(can use up to 8 cores)even so hyperthreading doesnt give much a couple of fps only, most other games use 2- cores max that cpu will be verry good hard to recomend anything better

How about the GPU? R9 270 ok? I mean, it's the equivalent of the 660Ti right?

well i would say 280x or 7970 would be better but for mmos it should be plenty to play on ultra
