Guild Wars 2 Crash Issue

Guild Wars 2 is continuously crashing for me. When it crashes the connection between my monitor and computer is lost and the computer becomes unresponsive but I can hear the game audio still. I found a post on the GW2 forum regarding this but the solution was that it was the AMD GPU. I have a GTX 980. Also, I decided to optimize the game with GeForce Experience and it made the game crash within 5 minutes of playing every time. After I changed the settings in game it helped but I still occasional crash like this. I hope that someone has a fix.

You probably want to post more info like what version of windows you have when did this start happening, have you done any updates to your PC before the crashing etc.

I have windows 10 and this started happening a few weeks ago as I started to get back into the game again. The only updates I can think of are the updates for windows.

i believe the problem is in your OS.. i am also using windows 10 as my service laptop and i do encounter the same issue even though im working
