Guillemot 3D Prophet and NT 4.0 Drivers

My system :

Asus K7V (BIOS Rev. 1007)
Athlon 550 CPU (Not overclocked)
Guillemot 3D Prophet Video Card (Applied the new BIOS rev., Detonator 3 drivers, Added heatsinks on mem and 2 additionnal case fans)
128M PC-133 memory
SoundBlaster Live OEM
Windows NT 4.0 SP 6a (I tried SP's down to 4)
VIA latest drivers for my chipset

My problem :

My computer freeze in 3D games. On Win98 and Win2k all the thing is ok. I also tried lower rev. drivers, up to Det. 2.

Someone have an Idea? I like Win2k but the program for my Kodak DC-290 crash my sys on install. And I really dont want Win98 on my machine

Have you checked the infamous hardware compatibility lists for your card? If its there.. perhaps there is something in conflict, it should work. For gaming I have WIN98 SE..
