are these compatible together and is my psu enough?

cpu lga1151: Intel Core i5 6500 3.2-3.6 Ghz 4-Core

mb lga1151: MSI B150M Bazooka

ram: Kingston Hyper X Fury 4gb ddr4 2133

vga nVidia: Gigabyte R9 380 G1 Gaming OC Ed 4gb

psu: Seasonic (S12II) 520watts PSU 80+ Bronze

Yes that PSU is enough. You will be pushing around 250W on load so you will have plenty of headroom. Seasonic PSUs have top notch build quality. You're good to go with 40A on the 12V rail and it comes with the necessary cables for all of your parts.

edit: I would also agree to get a matching 2x4GB set of ram.

Get 8GB [2x4GB] Ram. Recent Modern games are come with minimum 4GB ram requirements.

Get the Seasonic (S12II) 620W for your GPU.
