Hey out there.

My comp shuts down often, it just started a week ago, but ever since then it had been during it uncontrolably. It often shuts down when im playing a game, like CS:GO or so. I can hear and feel the fan, so i dont think that the problem, also it doesnt generate that much heat, the cabinet aint that hot at least. Really dunno whats wrong, the fan is pretty clean, so i dont think its dust or shit like that..

My spec is

MSI GTX780DX

CPU: The 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processor
OS: Windows 7
Chipset: Intel® HM67
Memory: DDR3 1066/1333MHz ,Slot : 4
LCD Size: 17.3" Full HD (1920x1080) or HD+ (1600x900) LED backlight
Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTX 570M
HDD: 750GB SATA 7200rpm (missing atm)+ Intel 120GB SSD
AC Adapter: 180W

Help me out guys.. PLEASE

Well at this moment its just internet use and its crossing 70 at a few spots..
At my Intel Core i7 2630Q is most of them between 60 and 75 but they are swifting alot..
The temp at my GeForce GTX 570M is 42, is that high when its just plain use, no games is on.

I can blow it or take a vacuum? I have tried with a vacuum, didnt really help alot - should u take out the fan like and clean it seperatly? or can i just blow into it when its in the machine?

@tachybana - im positive at it aint blocked, the flow through the laptop aint brilliant, but i have lifted the back of it up and giving it so much space as possible. So it should get the air flow thats needed.
Im trying to blow it and dust it off, and then watch the result - if it worked ill let u know :) and if it dont, i will let u know too 😀

blowing the dust out wont probly work so well your thermal paste is probly cheap crap or has hardened with all the heat abuse its taken not so uncommon

i had overheating issues was round 79 i got sick of it found a tutorial online how to remove the base of my laptop to get at the cpu cooler and gpu removed that cleaned of the paste which ironicly toshiba paste went into a blue tac rubber form from the heat abuse. if you have a heatpad under the cooler dont remove it use a cotton swab to remove the thermal grease with Isopropyl Alcohol 99.9% Pure dry of the chips and clean cpu and gpu cooler apply mx4 paste to the 2 dies spread evenly put the coolers back on. usually you have to tighten each one in a cross so the coolers sit properly.

this dropped my temps straight down to 51c i also cleared out the gunk that was stuck in the fan mesh inside the case alot of dust etc this can only be accessed inside the case requires fan to be removed to access to usually
