hello people...I normally like to play all demanding games in ultra...So recently I upgraded my PC from my old System

intel G3220
AMD r9 270x vapor-x
4gb Ram
128GB HDD

So Is my new upgrade worth it? can you guys tell me if there is anything that bottlenecks my system So I can Do a change!
Also Do I need a aftermarket cooler/liquid cooler for my cpu?

New Upgrade
GIGABYTE G1.Sniper B5 Gaming
Intel Core i5-4570 @3.2GHz Boost~3.6GHz
Gskill Ripjaws 8GB (2 x4GB) DDR3@1600MHz
Seagate 2TB @7200rpm
EVGA GTX 970 SSClk 2.0+ ACX
Cooler Master 500W Thunder
Samsung S24B300 1080p @ 60Hz
Armegeddon T7 Gaming Case

The Real problem Im having is, My Gpu requires 500W & 37Amps on my GPU....but my PSU says
+12v1 24A
+12v2 21A
So is my max output is 24 A on a 12V ? Do i have to buy another PSU?

Solution
Yes. Your CM Thunder is a tier 4 unit and shouldn't be used with any gaming card, especially not a high end unit like the GTX 970. This would be a good choice:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: Antec Neo Eco 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $64.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

As far as the rest of it goes, it should be ok although the B85 chipset wouldn't be my first choice. A good H97 or Z97 board would be preferable, but what you have there should be ok. Change the power supply though. It's a dangerous piece of junk.
