Let me start off by saying, I have no idea where this thread should be...
RIGHT!

My new build is:

NZXT Phantom 530
AMD FX 9590
Crosshair V formula Z
Coolermaster V8 GTS
Corsair Vengeance 4GB x2
Sapphire R9 270x 4GB GDDR5
3.5" 1TB Seagate Barracuda.
750watt PSU Corsair builder series.

It crashes, frequently, and far too often, almost immediately after it's presented with a semi meaningful task infact.
Are there any known problems with the components?
I've tried switching RAM slots. Using 1 stick.
The CPU is usually a stable 15c and max spike so far is 30c.
All components have been detected, and are apparently, fully operational, except a hidden device driver named, "AODDriver 1.3.0."
The bios has been updated to 2101.
Windows 7 ultimate x64 srrvice packs all installed. etc.

The clues I have so far to detect the problem aren't particularly detailed but I'll share anyway.

The graphics card is having a hard time installing/ uninstalling without crashing, also the CCC stopped functioning altogether, and I get a longer duration before a crash when the GPU is not installed.

I'll try any and everything.
Please help asap, I was at it for 12 hours yesterday.

what makes you think you can score such low temps with such high tdp (220w) cpu? 15c would be even below room temp!try another monitoring software.! these values cannot be accurate!

AMD FX9590 (5ghz) Review (w/ Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5)

"With both Corsair H100i and BeQuiet! Dark Rock Pro 2 coolers the FX9590 would idle around 36c-39c and rise to around 60c under load (room ambient temperature 22c). Any higher voltage for clock speeds above 5ghz would have dramatically negative effects for the load temperatures and stability, surpassing either cooling solution. We are sure there is more headroom from the processor, but it will need some seriously hardcore cooling to get above 5ghz. We also found that the FX9590 would throttle with a lesser cooler also, even at 4.7ghz, so attention needs to be paid to this.''

your mobo is top notch but unfortunally thats not the case with your psu.!your cpu cooler is good but i would say it is barely enough for such cpu.! i would never expect that cpu to do well with most air cooling solutions anyway!

Bearing in mind that the PC stays on for less than 10 minutes at a time and it's yet to even be given a challenging task.
I'm using speccy incase you're wondering... and any help regarding the problem would be appreciated D:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-2122665/understanding-temperature-amd-cpus-apus.html (check bios for idle cpu temp)

10 min is a very limited space for much to be tried.! i would reinstall cpu cooler using the best avaliable thermal paste before i would end up trying an AIO with 240mm radiator!

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/thermal-paste-performance-benchmark,3616-9.html

ARCTIC MX-4 (4g) Carbon-Based Thermal Compound, Non-Electricity Conductive, Non-Capacitive

things wouldnt be so difficult if you have chosen FX 8350 instead.! i would also try a better quality psu if it possible.! cx corsair series is also a weak point in such build!

Right, the processor' temperature has been monitored through the BIOS for over 20minutes it's at 46c I don't know what state this would be considered, but I don't have reason to believe the power supply however pooh, is the problem as of yet.
The motherboard is hearsay the problem, in its current state, so unless you have any viable options, I'll have to wait for a replacement from ASUS before I continue... I'll inform you of any changes.

The computer hasn't booted into windows for more than 20 minutes and I haven't given it any real tasks...
Whilst it's on, I've installed speccy and that displays the processor's temperature at it's lowest 9c, fluctuating to about 25c and an absolute maximum of 35c whilst attempting to rule out software issues.

I assure you the processor is about the only thing I can rule out as a suspect, as hard as that is to believe! lol :/

If anyone can shed some light on known issues with the motherboard... I've read the manual several times, and the only thing I hadn't tried was discharging the capacitors.
(Tried it today, didn't work)

I've updated the bios to 2101
I've reset the cmos
removed the battery for 5 minutes.
installed windows 7 ultimate x64
Installed the graphics card
Updated windows
Tried a 1000watt PSU
Not sure what model, but my friend did mention it was a gold edition; had the same issue...
Plugged it directly into the wall etc etc!

I'm ready to blame the motherboard, I believe it may be a fault.

Apparently the LEDs are not supposed to be lit toward the lower left of the board, whilst powered down.
If there was a known fault, would it boot at all...?

Otherwise I have absolutely no idea and will sell it for £500 to anyone feeling lucky.

Okay people I'm back.
I've once again continued to try everything, my latest problem may narrow down any prior speculation.

The PC seems to work seemlessly in safe mode HOWEVER a clean reinstall of windows crashed far too many times along the way before I got any result, and the final crash was whilst it was finalizing my desktop for first time use etc.

The reason for the delay was reapplying thermal paste and my friend tested my graphics card in his PC and was overjoyed whilst it worked.

In safe mode there are 4 USB ports that refuse to have drivers.

There seems to be no way of booting the PC "normally" without it crashing as soon as the desktop loads, also when I say crash, I mean crash.
Desktop remains displayed but no functions whatsoever.

Q Code AA

All hardware seems fully functional.

No spikes in temperature, I get a stable 30c from everything.

Give me a million and one things to fix whatever you can think would cause this, and I will try it immediately/ within the hour.

I went hungry for near months to afford this PC and everything is at stake to make it work.
