Recently, i have decided upgrade my current graphics card from 1660 to 2060 the bottleneck cpu and gpu it is too much? they will work together ?

Solution
With your current monitor there is really zero reason to upgrade. Your current card will max out the monitor in just about every title.

If you're thinking of upgrading your monitor the 2060 may be a good upgrade. But as it is that's a lot of money to spend for an upgrade you won't be able to take advantage of.

Keep your current specs until you decide on a monitor upgrade. Imo, the 2060 is a complete waste for you currently.

That is around a 35% upgrade, good bit of money to spend for just that % I usually try for at least 50%.

I would probably try to sell the 1660 and upgrade to the 2060 Super. You could suffer through the built in graphics for a few days till the new card came in.

Are you having issues with the 1660? While the components will pair with each other fine, it seems like a lot of money to drop for an upgrade.

What resolution are you playing at? Refresh rate of the monitor?

i have a 1920x1200@59Hz the 2060 with ryzen 5 3400g they will work great together or opposite of it?
