[SOLVED] guys i have a problem

I tried yesterday to play ac4 and it stuttered ,same happened to far cry 5 i tried everything clean install windows 10 i installed those games on ssd, update my gpu drivers i dont know i sent request to ubisoft and always try to say something that i didnt so i decided here to come here find a solution to my problem
My pc specs:
cpu:Amd ryzen 5 3600x 3.79 ghz six core and twelve threads
gpu:msi ventus xs rtx 2060 oc factory
psu:thermaltake 750w platinum
ram:2x8 2933mhz aegis g skill and i tried to 3000 but the same results
ssd:toshiba tr150 250 gb
hdd:western digital 1,5 tb
motherboard:asrock b450 steel legend

AC4 isn't very well optomized for pc, fps is all over the place for me, FC5 i lock to 50fps but frametime is all over the place but doesn't seem stuttery for me, maybe try locking them on lower fps as ac4 is single player and 3rd person so you don't need high FPS, also try low latency mode in nvidia control panel
