THe problem is when i play some games like forza horizon 4 or pubg are stuttering and i dont know its because of my cpu? really i"ve no idea and by the way the gpu is msi ventus rtx 2060 oc edition pls i need a help

Solution
They should be running at 3000 if that is the rated speed, going from 2133 to 2400 is hardly an improvement but going from 2133 to 3000 could be quite significant.
ohh i thought you asked will 2700x and 2060 OC be a good pair,it will.
I think 3400g will be a little bit of a bottleneck to 2060 OC,but its nothing that serious.
2060 OC will work great with both of the cpus, its just that 2700x is "more in the league" of 2060 OC than 3400g is.
All im saying 3400g +2060 is ok and 2700x + 2060 OC is perfect.

3400g with 2060 oc cause stuttering on some games like pubg forza horizon 4 and by the way i have 16 gb ram

i dont how much i am using right now, the only for sure is those rams are 3000mhz in dual channel (Yeah its very noticable)
I'll tell you what to do to fix stuttering.
-Cap fps to 60,or match it with your monitor resolution
-Lower the settings in games to achieve that fps
-make sure all the unnecesarry programs are turned off, like idk skype, steam, origin or whatever you dont need
-see in te bios if your ram speed is really 3000mhz

Guys i'll upgrade my ryzen 5 3400g to ryzen 5 3600 i decided upgrade my cpu because of stuttering i've rtx 2060 ventus xs oc 16 gb ddr4 530 watt plus bronze im tired of this and i need a response from someone who knows about this. I dont want to waste my money. (sorry for my bad english)

i have a asrock ab350m pro 4 i want it for 1080p i dont care to upgrade my monitor yet because the 2k are expensives as fck
Monitor resolution and RAM speed are not related. You want to upgrade your cpu because of stuttering but running a Ryzen cpu with with 2400mhz is hurting performance by up to 30%. Your motherboard should support RAM up to 3200mhz, what speed is your RAM rated for?

If you can do the next can we see what ram you use at what speeds,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons
