So im planning to build a system around a gtx 1080ti i wanted to get a cheap CPU the doesn't bottlenecks the gpu

What resolution will you be gaming at?

What parts do you have already including make and model of psu?

Also gaming builds need to be balanced, not point pairing a high end gpu with a budget cpu.

A cheap cpu to pair with a 1080ti isn't happening. If you can't compromise, then get a weaker card to go with a cheaper cpu.

Not going to happen...

You will have an unbalanced system and severe bottlenecks, especially at 1080P.
