There's no reason for you to get a 1200W PSU with that build, save yourself $200 and get a 750W one.

Don't need 1200W power supply. For single gpu setup, 650W is fine. For SLI, 750W.
16GB ram is overkill for gaming

too much spend on mobo & psu.
at 2500$ budget i would get a haswell.

Get 8gb RAM, not 16gb. Also get a 750w PSU.

use the saved money to get a gtx780.
