Guys I need help !

Hi guys,
I got a problem. I wanted to get new pc to play witcher 3 so I did build my one on freshtechsolutions.co.uk. When I did fill all important things and I was up to pay with my card then did pop out little message telling me that this card can't be used use another one and still something on page was loading. I've looked at my BANK account they took the money but I didn't get any message from them any email, SMS nope. In section "my orders" I can't find my order it's empty same thing in my billing agreemetns, the cart also is empty. I wrote already email to support. What happend any suggestions what should I do now ?

Contact your Credit card company and inform them of the issue and probably you should have them place a hold on further charges to your cc (I hope you have another one to use).


You probably should contact them first, Google has this listing for them

Then Contact whatever version the UK has for a Better Business Bureau to report the issue.
If this turns out to be fraud I would also call the Police.
