well as far as I know that card does not support the new AMD drivers whats the best driver for that card I do not know search for it

No, he/she said you shouldn't even be able to install 15.11 Crimson as it does not support the old 8xxx series or lower

So as I read here http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Radeon-Software-Crimson-Edition-Beta.aspx from HD 7700 series to HD 7900 series no more Crimson version of driver, right? Then can you give the best optimized driver for my GPU?

best optimized? It usually depend on the game. but try the last one listed on the tomshardware link
