guys if i get a better motherboard will it increase its performance

ok so my rig right now is
i5-4690 no k
2x4gb corsair vengence 1600mhz
Asus b85-g
r9 270x
500W power supply
ssd 120gb and hhd 500gb
so if i buy like z97 or z87 motherboard will it increase it performance ?

If you overclock it will, your current motherboard dowsnt support overclocking that cpu. Without overclocking there will be little to no performance gain.

you have the non - K edition of the cou, so no its not going to make a difference. Much better off upgrading the gpu.

No, without the "k" version you can't overclock, so whether the motherboard supports it or not, you will not see any performance difference. You would be better off with a better GPU. But the GPU you could get depends on the quality of the PSU you have.
