Guys I'm Losing My Mind.. Pls Halp

So I bought an Asus MG248Q on Boxing day and to this day still haven't been able to run Multiframe or the Widget because my computer recognizes it as a 'Generic PnP Monitor' .. i've searched all over the internet but i'm unable to find a MG248Q.inf file to update the driver with.. I'm about to throw my monitor out the window.. please halp.

use the buttons on the monitor and enable those features.

Asus haven't released any drivers for that model, only utility software & user manual:

I've checked under all supported Windows versions, no driver.
