I'm not certain about systems in India. Converting 20,000 rs (this is rupees, right?) to U.S. Dollars shows 20,000 rupees area bout $289 (sorry, I convert to help me think). At that price point, it's going to be hard to upgrade. Upgrading Motherboard, CPU and graphics isn't going to be feasible and the motherboard you have is (per ASUS spec sheet) only for 2nd/3rd generation processors up to 70w. I think your g2020 is close to the max - I couldn't find anything above the 2.9 clock speed you already have. That leaves memory and/or graphics - but graphics can be throttled by CPU power so...we're kind of stuck.

You could go (just looking at NewEgg):
AMD RYZEN 3 1200 4-Core 3.1 GHz (3.4 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD1200BBAEBOX Desktop Processor - $68
ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 AM4 AMD Promontory A320 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
- $60
MSI Radeon RX 550 DirectX 12 RX 550 AERO ITX 4G OC 4GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express x16 (Uses x8) HDCP Ready Video Card
- $130
G.SKILL Aegis 4GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Intel Z170 Platform / Intel X99 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-2400C15S-4GIS - $40

That's a WEE BIT more than you budgeted and you'd still need to get a heatsink and make sure your power supply would work with the new board. If you're just going for what to get first and save up for the rest - probably start with mobo, cpu and memory (and maybe get a new PS and heatsink). Anyway, that's what I came up with spur of the moment and quickly. You might want to do more research - and maybe local dealers would have better prices.

A little over the budget but this is about the best that you can do with such a low budget.

The main issue is your 2 thread CPU and 4gb ram. The 750ti is still a decent performer, but it could be upgraded.
What power supply, case, and HDD do you have?
Id reuse your 750ti, and upgrade to something like this:

I had a similar board running a i7 3770, gtx 750ti, 600w EVGA psu and 8gb ram and worked really well. Gpu, CPU and psu all off ebay for less than £150.00. Have changed the mobo to something a little better and changed case and for my needs works great. Not everything needs to be brand new......

This is the supported CPU list for your motherboard https://www.asus.com/supportonly/H61M-CS/HelpDesk_CPU/

Pretty much any i5 CPU would be an upgrade for you, i5-3570 would be good, faster speeds than others in that range. You also should get another 4gb of RAM in dual channel (so two of the same size/speed sticks or four). For the video card, it is not bad for games at 1080 resolution at medium or low settings for most games. I would just upgrade the CPU and RAM and see how things run for you.
