Question Guys what is this screen issue ?

Hello guys
A few days ago I started noticing my screen presenting these issues . Watch the attached video to see exactly what has been happening.
I thought it might have been software related as opening a file stopped it from happening but today it did it again. Restarting the pc did not fix it the lines were still present even in the loading screen 🙄..

Similar things have happened to me in the past just like this. For me, I just waited, and it just went away. Probably won’t happen with you, so maybe try and look and see if your cable to power and video/HDMI is in tact, then, if you are able to, try and use another device to see if it is your computer, or the monitor
