hi im interested in buying this card but im not sure if it will have compatibility issues with the pci E slot, its a PCI E v1.1

i have gigabyte G31M S2C Motherboard

It should work. The only compatibility problem I heard of is for pcie 2.1 card. This one is 2.0.
