Gv3.sys BSOD error

First Microsoft .NET Framework error "Unhandled excecption occurred in your application" then BSOD with STOP 0x0000001D saying Gv3.sys problem.
All started when I was trying to install a DVD drive in my Dell Optiplex 755 and found what I thought was the driver for it and tried to install the driver, then error and BSOD.

Boot into safe mode and uninstall that driver. GV3.sys is an old XP centrino driver that isnt needed anymore.
