Hey guys,

while playing Guild Wars 2 i came across a bug. My game, naah, my system was completely frozen. So the only thing i could do was a hard restart. After restarting, which took longer than usual, my ui is corrupted by blue pixel. Even so i tried to play GW2, but an error occured, saying: 3D devices/output/software could not start, you have to check drivers. So i uninstalled and re-installed the driver (780 gtx ti) and even plugged out my GC and cleaned the connections. Problem remains, anyone experienced something like this?

sorry for my grammar - non native and still learning
i hope this is the right thread section for my problem

setup:

win7 home premium / i5-3570k cpu @ 3,40 ghz (4 cpu)
16384 mb ram / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti
ASUS P8Z77-V Prem

Sounds like your 780ti just died on you while playing a game.

Is there any way you can test your GPU in another PC to confirm? Or use another GPU?

Also, I'm an avid GW2 player myself, so I know how the game behaves and what you can and cannot do with it. There's no way GW2 would kill your PC.

Cheers!
