I was given a H100 CPU cooler but its basically empty of fluid, has very flexible tubes on it,they can bend and kink but don't tear or break and 2x120mm 3pin fans, both different brands. They spin very slowly, my idle temp on a i5 760 was going from 29C to 80+C!! Pump sounds like it works and can see fluid in tubes but with lots of air as well. Any links on how to fill it up and will 4pin fans be better?

As I said it was given to me, 2nd hand and he obviously pulled it apart, refilled it, put 1 white & 1 orange and slightly transparent tubes on it plus changed the original fans too, 1 is a Silverstone, 1 has a winged emblem on it..maybe Tt or Asus?? Yes it us possible to refill these units as some people do every 1-2years just so the fluids are topped up and everything else is cleaned and in optimal condition. The fluid from what I know is dioxidized water plus some coolent to prevent corrosion and algae build up! & helps with cooling also, actually does evaporate from the connections/joins but only in very miniscule amounts. So over a year of heavy use one would lose not much fluid...heats does not contribute to evaporation due to the coolant/fluid additive.
Closed loop, zero maintenance is right but my friend and I love to tinker and even mod stuff like this when they are not working well or really old outdated as its cool ;-) to see inside as to how they work. I saw one guy use his to cool a GPU!! & another made a RAM cooler!!
Seriously look online!!

Sorry but got very sidetracked there, I have done research on what fluids to use and how to fill the radiator will minimal air but what about 3pin v 4pin fan connectors and ate they best plugged into the square CPU cooling block or on the Moby? Which Moby connections too as I have a 4pin CPU fan,4pin & 3pin Chassis fan & 3pin PWR fan headers. Plus I have plenty of 3pin to molex cables too so I can hook up any fan straight to my TX950w PSU too?!
What header to what fan is best?
