ok what method of application do you recommend? alot of people been saying pea method the most effective. and also, will i be able to carry on using my computer or will it be dangerous to not have the grease properly applied??

Your temps aren't dangerously high. They are a little high, probably 10degrees or so, but not dangerous. Make sure you have the fans firmly attached and make sure they're sealed as well as possible between the fans and the radiator.
Pea is the best method for a high pressure contact. I don't have any corsair coolers, so I can't tell you how strong their mounting springs are.
P.S.
I disagree slightly with AZ on the artic 5, but it's probably better than what came with the cooler. Prolim and Gelid are probably both better, but it's a matter of a few degrees.

I generally say a little bit bigger than a piece of rice. That has worked for me.
