H100i CPU Cooler install into Thermaltake Chaser MK-1

So today I started putting together a bit of the my new computer since I got the CPU. The trouble i'm running into is just how to run the fans to get the best out of the case.

The H100i recommends having the fans pull into the case(intake) to move air across the radiator and bring cool air in, however on the top of my case I have a 200mm fan that's set to pull air out of the case(exhaust). I'm looking for suggestions in this case if I should try to mount the 200mm fan upside down so it's pulling into the case or if I should swap the fans on the cpu cooler the opposite direction.

Below is the picture of how the manufacturer has the case setup, and below that is just one of the pictures I see online. I can't tell what way they have the fans setup on the top are they just leave them the stock way or have they changed something?

I've seen this video before but it doesn't make sense. That top fan he left on is an exhaust fan and the way the cooler is setup is like an intake? If this is ok I guess that's all i'm looking for, but looking at it the way I am now I don't see it being efficient at all since they are basically fighting each other to move air?

I would set the fans to blow air through the radiator and out of the case. Then set the rear fan to blow air into the case. I use that setup in my cooler master case and it works rather well.

Ok this makes my task a little bit easier then just gotta switch the fans.
