My windows updated last night as i went to sleep so I wasn't' watching it to see if anything went bad, but as i came back this morning to play some gta v i noticed my mic wouldn't work no matter what but i could hear what was going through it in my headphones (blue snowball mic and bose bluetooth headphones).

Then my pc blue screened with system service exception. Upon restart my h100is pump led went red which means its at a high temp i think i have it set at like 60 or 70 for that color. I went into bios and my cpu said 100c with fans running on max. Pump is running haven't had any problems until the new windows update my temps just two days ago were in the 40s while playing games oc'd to 4.8 on my i5 6600k

Specs:
i5 6600k
asrock z170 pro 4
h100i
8gb ram
1tb hdd
evga gtx 1070
corsair 750m

Solution
