H100i fitting issues, NZXT Lexa S case [Pictures Included]

It's pretty much as the titles describes. I want to make a few upgrades to my computer, one of them being the H100i. However, I'm not sure with my given mobo / case that I can actually fit an H100i.

I'll provide some pictures below to give a better idea of the situation [please forgive my terrible dust problem I need to get around to taking care of]

I doubt you could fit an H100i in there. You may have to modify your case if you do. I would just go with an H80 if i was in that situation. or get a new chasis

how does the top of the case look like? you may be able to attach the fans on the outside and have the rad inside (or vice versa)

I'd say I could probably fit the radiator up here

are there any disadvantages in efficiency / effectiveness in doing so?

That should work fine. Just make sure you inspect your radiator often. If that bad boy leaks, you'll be in a world of pain. Which is why I stick to air cooling.

yes, your case can support mounting either the rad or fans on the top. However, I would not put the rad on top, because they can be easily damaged if something is dropped on them. Also, since the h100i is a self contained unit, you will not have enough piping from the rad to the cpu if you chose to place the rad outside.

edit: no real cooling performance difference if you have the fan and rad on different side of the case
