As the title says, my H100i GTX is not being detected by corsair link software and i can not control fan speed or pump speed. The temps are fine but only because I have my two SP120 fans plugged into the mobo, maybe the fans are incompatible? I have switched USB Headers, tried to use a mini usb cable to the back of my case and uninstalled and reinstalled corsair link multiple times. I am running it on a Asus Z97-A/usb 3.1 with a 4790k. I just purchased these 2 weeks ago so they are brand new.

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, all of the cables are plugged in and ive even used a different usb cable from my old h80i but it did not work

Yes i have the latest version from May 2015.

mcnumpty23, Yes i downloaded the latest version of corsair link. Also, when i first plugged it in and started my pc the windows driver update thing failed to find a driver for it.

Is there a way i could download the driver manually or should i let windows try and find it?

tell windows to look for it i just uninstalled my corsair link and told windows to search online to find the driver to test and it found it ok

Ok, I will contact Amazon to get a replacement. Thanks for your help

Let me try it and i will update you.

I got a replacement and it works perfectly, thank you for your help!

Happe to help bro

found a solution that's stupid easy.... still took me a week. *facepalm*
Step 1: open device manager
Step 2: click to update driver
Step 3: manually direct the wizard to look here (C:\Program Files (x86)\Silabs)
Step 4: you're done, corsair link now properly identifies your cooler and your crisis is averted
