[SOLVED] H100i Pro RBG (No RBG and Pump not working) (Brand new cooler btw..)

I just recently installed my brand new liquid cooler and yes I have followed the manual carefully.

The problem for me is that I am getting a CPU with 80+°C.
I have used thermal paste and I think my pump isn't working.
I can also not hear the pump running

i7-5775c (Unlocked CPU)
H100i Pro RBG
Maximus VII Ranger
1060 6gb
850 Evo 250gb
cx750w PSU

So sata power connector is connected?

You use the former cooler i guess? What if you connect the cooler to a sata connector outside the case and listen if the pump does work?

I have it all connected as the manual and several videos have shoved me.

I cannot feel any water running at any given time, and the CPU keeps going up in temps until the 80+°C.

Both of the headers does work with the stock fan cooler 4-pin. It is not working with the new one I recently installed 3-pin. And I have it on auto-adjust (between 3-pin and 4-pin) in the bios for the fan.

I've seen this kind of thing before. Is it possible that there could be a problem with your SATA connection? Because that tends to happen with CLLs and other things that require a SATA connection.

I have tried connecting my sata ssd to all of them, and all the sata cables works absolutely fine

If you really can't hear the pump and installation was as it should be do an rma.
