H100i Pump and Tubing Removal

I have a h100i but I was wondering if I could remove the pump and tubes from the radiator to install my custom tubing and pump.

yes...but if you have the money for tubing, pump and waterblock you can afford a real radiator.

possibly but the inlets to the rad may be narrower than the tubing you will use

could possibly adapt it but if the inlets are a fair bit smaller it will cause restriction

personally i would just buy a proper good quality rad

you arent thinking of using the coolant?

for one thing there wont be enough for a custom loop

and you would need to filter it

plus de ionised water is cheap

I've seen people use the Pump part for a mini custom loop but never the reverse. Now if you think the coolant is running out, send it back for RMA. It has like 3 year warranty. When my H100 died, they sent me a H100i.
