H100i Push/Pull Fans + Airflow

I currently have four Cooler Master Sleeve Bearing fans on it in Push/Pull. I know they are not the best, and Sleeve aren't suppose to be mounted horizontally, so I want to upgrade them. I would like to keep the four fans under $50, so like $12 a fan. Also another question of mine is, does it matter which way the radiator is directed on the h100i, like if the tubes side is towards the front of the case or the rear? (Case is a Cooler Master Half 932) From what I see, most people have the tubes from the rear coming down, and mine are from the front. Are there any advantages to having them in the rear? Is it just suppose to be aesthetically pleasing that way, because I feel the airflow in the case, at least mine, would be "better" with the tubes coming down from the front, as there is nothing blocking my 140mm on the back.

I would say I have pretty good airflow, my CPU at 4.5GHz run idle ~36C and load ~75C. My GPU is a EVGA 780 with the ACX cooler, and that idles at about 30C and the most I have seen was 65 running 3DMark. I am not home, about 80% sure these numbers are accurate.

If you think the airflow is better the way you have set it up, then by all means leave it that way. The Xigmatek fans you posted are pretty good, I have used them before myself. Other than those, I cant say too much about the fans you chose, just pick the ones you think will suit your needs / look best.
