h100i replacement thermal paste?

Hi all currently building a gaming rig and managed to pick up a used h100i to keep the cpu cool the cooler had been used for a few weeks and the thermal has been removed.

What is recomended to use with the h100i cooler im sure i read some were that the cooler comes with shin etsu applied from the factory so i was going to replace it with shin etsu x23 unless some one can recomend some thing better.

Just putting the last bits together so any help will be appreciated.

Remove any old paste with some medical alcohol and a rag free clean cloth or soft toilet paper.
