H100i RMA process

Ive got my RMA request accepted for my h100i and when ive gone to pack it all up to send it to them ive noticed ive lost the AMD mount and a few washers.

Ive asked on the live chat if i need to send the wires and stuff and she said no, to just send the fan, radiator and pump but on the ticket one of the staff noted: "Please be sure to include all fans, cables, etc that originally came with the unit."

Will this be a problem?

I should imagine the person you spoke to on live chat knows more than we do.

Include a screenshot of the chat with the package and just say you were told by live chat support it was fine.
