H100i v2 not working

Hi,

I have had my computer for about 3-4 days now. Today I played csgo and noticed that the corsair link software said the fan(s) on the radiator were at 0rpm. But they were moving. So, I re installed new fans and plugged everything in. (usb port, cpu fan and radiator fans into the Y cable.)

Temps got to 100 degrees then the comp cant turn on. Im afraid to do anything.

Contact Corsair support they are really good with customer support. also check to see if your thermal grease is dried up.

maybe a pump failure? is the radiator getting warm/hot? if not the coolant may not be moving. mabe its got the tach signals mixed up because you can see the fan are spining

Thermal doesn't dry up in 3-4 days.

I re applied thermal and now am able to just load up windows. Corsair link says my cores are at 100 degrees... 100% load.

🙁 it was working today...

Both my fans are plugged in, the block is plugged into cpu_fan everythings mounted properly.

Corsair link also cant find my cooler even thought its plugged in thru usb. My CPU_LED is on.
