this is everything i've done in order and my entire build, you dont need to read, i will indicate what is required to read in bold, just giving info incase its needed

Here is my build, 100% set up finished https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XbRwf

H100i V2 standoff screw got stuck in the socket (stripped) and it was impossible to get out since the metal screw hole, was surrounded by the hard plastic that . Long sstory short i had to break the standoff with clippers to get it off and left a teeeeeeny couple scratches on the back of my mobo and corsair sent me new mounting stuff.

Used my spare cryorig H7 with my sp 120 RGB fan, worked very well and looked EPIC for a while and was too lazy to re install the new cooler and was happy my build was done

Overclocked gtx 1070 to 1920MHz(GPU boost boosts it up to 2113 MHz) and for memory 9016 MHz stable, after alot of testing in multiple benchmarks for hours @73C Max, anything above gave artifacting.

Finally decided to mount h100i V2 had issues with stripping again
had low performance

tried overclocking, got to 5.0 GHz Stable 1.30V but temps were peaking up to 85

Tried overclocking to 5.1 Ghz @ 1.39V (that's the lowest it'd be without blue screen) Did a stress test and temps were spiking to 88 max and on one spike it hit 94C which freaked me out so i stopped the stress test

re installed and tightened screws more (they felt surprisingly lose) with special screw driver, one got stripped but i think it was all the way in already

Experienced exact same performance as before spiked up to 90C on same settings even with 1.35V @5.1GHz obviously not stable but i did it to test temps

I think i might be able to push it to 5.1, 5.2 or even 5.3GHz if i can cool it enough.

Since i think its the fans this is my planI WANT 2 RGB fans on top of the case 1 back 3 front, i can mount my h100iv2 onto the front fans, use the stock fans in a push pull configuration, stock fans on the more inner side that way i have the two fans with good RPM on the cooler, as for power lucky for me the gtx 1070 STRIX has 2 4 pin fan headers, i can use those for case fans than cpu,
and cpu opt for the grey stock fans

If this doesnt give better performance id like to get a new water cooler (needs to be able to be monuted on front of my case with the push pull config i specified above)

VERY IMPROTANT READ!

Mounted to the top of the case replacing the stock fans with 2 sp120 RGB fans(1400RPM)
