Hi,
Im planning on doing a new high-end build which is this one https://pcpartpicker.com/user/NunoJoao/saved/89D3FT plus a few things PCPartPicker doesnt have:a NZXT Usb Hub, Corsair Commander Pro, custom cablemod cables, 4x Corsair RGB Led Strips and i think thats all.
I have two doubts.
First one is, will it be a problem if I use HD120s in the radiator instead of the included SP120L?If it isnt, where do I connect them to? Do I connect them to the Commander Pro(Hub), or do I connect them to the Cooler Fan splitter?
Thanks in advance

Nope, i'? pretty sure the H100i v2 is a 240mm rad.
Will I really need to connect the fans to the splitter? Because Im gonna have the commander pro and I would like to have all things tidy and with that I mean having all the 6 fans connected to the commander.
Thanks

It doesn't matter at all if you connect your rad fans to the AIO pump or Commander Pro since fans would be controlled via Corsair Link either way.

As far as SP120L vs HD120 RGB goes, with HD120 RGB, you'll loose out on performance (both in airflow and static pressure) but you'll gain in eyecandy.
SP120L specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-series-h80i-h100i-sp120l-2700-rpm-replacement-fan
HD120 RGB specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hd120-rgb-led-high-performance-120mm-pwm-fan-with-controller

If you want to have performance upgrade over SP120L with also a gain in eyecandy, then go with ML120 Pro,
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/cooling/ml-series-fans?fansize=120mm%20x%2025mm

Thanks.
I know the ML fans are good for radiators but the major down side in this case is that it doesnt have RGB and this build has a lot of it

My bad it is a 240 rad. I read it as 280 for some reason. But yeah it will work and like Aeacus said you will lose out on some preformance. I would recommend a push/ pull config. More eye candy and less performance loss

Yeah maybe in the future ill do push pull but the only problem is that the commander only has 6 fan ports so will I need to or be able to connect six of them to the hub and the other 2 to the fan splitter? Is the splotter not designed only for the sp120l or does it work with any?
Thanks

Push-pull isn't worth it. Just buy 2x fans and run them in pull.
Here's a good video by Linus about AIO fan placements,

However, if you want to go with push-pull and need to connect 8x 4-pin fans to Commander Pro then use 4-pin Y-splitter as stated by Countgreen.
Here's one such 4-pin Y-splitter (2x in the box, 6 years warranty),

Thanks.
I already had seen that video and because the GPU im gonna use is a open air shroud type one, ill put the rad on the front with the fans on the outside pushing air. I know it will be harder to clean dust but the 570x has a glass front panel im not gonna be showing off a radiator.
