H100I vs KrakenX40?

Obviously the H100I runs at least 5 celsius cooler? But the KrakenX40 is all in one? Also is the H100I worth an extra $30? Over here the H100I is overpriced. Also I've always been wondering, do I need to buy a separate reservoir for the CPU cooling? Or I just install the X40/H100I and then I can start cooling xD Also what are the major advantages of the X40 over the H100I and the H100I over thr X40? Thank you so much

Also because the KrakenX40 is all in one water cooling does that mean I just have to get a GPU bracket and I can waterblock my GPU already? Sorry if 8'm asking stupid questions

Also if I have a gigabyte R9 290x triple windforce can I buy a GPU bracket and straight away water cool the GPU? Sorry for being a complete noob at water cooling, I've tried google searching but nobody can help.
