h105 correct fan connection

hello guys , I am running h105 Corsair , on my motherboard z77a-g43 , found some posts about where to plug the Pump and Fans, but could not figure it out , which is the best scenario in my case to plug pump etc?

I tried to plug fans in systemfans and it does ok, and i plugged the pump in CPU fan , was not making so much noise, when i plugged the Fans in CPU Fan it started to make noise and I connected the pump into the SystemFan.

which is the best way to run those?

The manual says:
"Connect the pump cable to any available 3-pin or 4-pin fan header on the motherboard"
"Connect the included Y-header cable to any available 3-pin or 4-pin fan header. Connect the fan cables into the Y-header cables.
