H110i GT Water Cooling RMA

The pump in my water cooler broke, and I've got an approved RMA from Corsair. My only problem is that I don't have the original packaging, and I don't know a good way to package such a fragile device. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

just wrap the radiator with cardboard to protect the fins, wrap the pump with some soft material like sponge and place it a box. fill the void with some paper and ship it.
