H110i GTX Wont detect Corsair Link and Windows

I`m currenlty using Windows 10 and I notice that I change profile of the rad fan speed wont speed up. It's just been 3 months using the rad
please help

It's fix lol, After I Unplug some cpu fans then Corsair link detected the rad.
