H110M-Pro D no sound

Hey I recently got this motherboard and I've been trying to fix the no sound issue but I've tried everything I could find , I checked the disable jack detection in audio manager , I've made sure the volume is on , I've made sure to install the correct drivers properly and I've made sure my headphones are in the correct jack. When I plug my speakers in tho , I get this weird static noise or white noise but I still can't hear anything besides that even when I listen closely. The green sound bars are moving up and down in Playback devices.

Update : I've found that when playing games I can hear one of the fans buzzing when there is music in the game , like in the main menu or when the company logos come up.

Hard to tell what you have going with only a single part listed, the H110M-Pro D. You may be using the Intel processor sound which has no connection to the 3 Audio ports (Rear).

I might be , how do I use the "normal" sound? (I'm no PC expert as you can tell). My old motherboard worked fine
By the way some of my other parts are :
GPU : Sapphire RX480
CPU : I3 7100
RAM : 4GB
And the rest I pretty much have no idea about since this was originally a pre-built PC

Sapphire RX480 also has HDMI audio.

AMD High Definition Audio Device may be set as the default audio device. You should check the Windows Control Panel>Sound to manage multiple sound devices.

The 6 Digital Display Audios that have the AMD HD Audio are unplugged , speakers are unplugged and headphones are plugged in. Headphones are default device and are Realtek HD Audio , tho they are 2nd output which I don't really know what that means
