Just installed this cooler,

On first power on, The cooler lit up and was working, however the fans on the radiator were not working. I installed the corsair link software and restarted my PC. This made the fans work but then the cooler has seemingly died, The lights do not work and the pump isn't working as my CPU is now at 90 degrees celcius constant.

The cooler doesn't show up in device manager, or any corsair software. I'm really confused as to how it worked the first time and after a restart it will not work no matter what I try.

Yes all my cables are plugged in, i did not change any of the cables after restarting when it worked the first time.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Where exactly did you plug in the fans on the radiator? Motherboard header, direct to psu, etc? If it is a header, what is the header labelled (it might be "FAN1" or "CPU1" or similar)?

I plugged the two radiator fans into the two plugs that are attached to the cooler, and then plugged that into the cpu_fan header advised in the instruction manual. However my fans arent they issue they work fine. It is the cooler that is not recognised by windows at all and the lights arent working and the pump is not on.

you do have to go in the bios generally and turn off heat related features of the motherboard and when you do get those turned off then in corsair link double click on the pump and select performance makes a big difference.

Im not sure if you even read the issue but the cooler does not appear in any software. It does not even turn on.

If it were me, I'd try without the software first (uninstall it completely). I would plug the pump into the CPU header as shown, but then I would connect the two fans to another header on the motherboard (preferably you have a Y splitter or something so you can connect both fans to the same header).

Next, I would go into BIOS and make sure that any "fan control" features in the BIOS are disabled, especially for whichever header you plugged the radiator fans into.

If this all works, you've at least eliminated a mechanical type problem.
