I recently bought a H115i, my case was to small so I went ahead and bought a larger case to fit everything, the Phantek Enthoo Pro. has been working perfectly until a few days ago when one of my radiator fans have been making an annoying rattle sound whenever the radiator fans ramp up. I have cleaned out dust and tightened screws. From what I have read so far I believe it is a resonance issue. The fans are currently sandwiched between the radiator and case, could this be the issue? Also if I am to buy new fans will I have to remove the coolant system from the cpu and case entirely to replace the fans in their current position?

Its always possible the ramped up fan is causing some vibration somewhere in your case that's causing an odd noise. However, the stock fans on those Corsair AIO coolers are whiney when they spin up as it is. Multiply times 2 fans and it can get a little rough. I personally install a lot of H105s but always replace the fans with something aftermarket. Even Cougar LED fans (CF-D14HB-W) produce plenty of performance for no or a little OC and are DEAD SILENT even at full speed. If you're gonna OC on the higher side I suggest ML140 pros. They're a great radiator fan and don't have the whine/humb like the stock AIO corsair fans.
