H170 and asrock?

I want to buy a motherboard and i want a mobo with a lot of function to future upgrades. The unique thing that z170 does that h170 does not is cpu overclocking. Just read the manual of the mobo i want to buy: ftp://europe.asrock.com/Manual/H170A-X1.pdf(page 32) Can i oc the cpu or is it just change voltage? thanks

The particulars of the board maker and such aren't relevant here. Intel designed that differentiation into the two chip set models precisely so as to be able to upsell the Z- designated model to enthusiasts.
